Two Food Instagrammers I Love To Follow

There’s a lot of food content online but not a lot that feels relatable when you’re navigating food sensitivities or autoimmune issues. Some accounts make everything look perfect and easy, which can feel out of reach. Others lean so hard into the food restrictions that you’re left wondering if they actually enjoy what they're eating.

But every once in a while, I come across someone whose content feels inspirational AND realistic. Doable and genuinely helpful. The two accounts I go back to most for food inspiration are @bonberi and @jenniferfisherkitchen.

@bonberi

Nicole Berrie’s content is all about plant-forward eating without the pressure. Her page is full of vibrant meals, comfort food and seasonal recipes that somehow feel both nourishing and familiar. She often puts her own twist on Asian dishes in a way that makes it lighter and healthier but still nostalgic.

She talks a lot about food combining and intuitive eating. Not in a rigid way but rather in a way that encourages you to pay attention to how your body feels. She’s also open about her own healing journey with food, which makes her feel approachable and real and not just another wellness voice on Instagram.

@jenniferfisherkitchen

Jennifer Fisher is a jewelry designer for the stars but her kitchen content has built a loyal following since she shared her infamous Moms Da Bomb Banana Bread recipe during covid. Her meals are gluten-free, dairy-free, and seed-oil-free without feeling “clean” in that bland, joyless way. I've learned so many tips and tricks for anti-inflammatory cooking from her.

She shares what she’s actually eating at home, from grain-free biscotti to colorful salads. Her line of salts and seasonings adds a ton of flavor without questionable additives. I use them to add interest to quick throw-together salads or to finish off simple dishes that need something extra.

Final Thoughts

I’m always looking for food content that doesn’t make people with restrictions feel like we’re missing out. These two strike that rare balance of offering real inspiration, beautiful food and ideas that actually work for people with sensitivities.

If you’re looking for new ideas and meals that satisfy a craving without sacrificing healthiness, these two are a great place to start. Do you have any Instagrammers you would recommend?

I love this! I don’t follow either of these accounts yet, but as I follow an anti-inflammatory diet myself I will definitely start following Jennifer Fisher and try out some of her recipes. Thanj you for the tip!

These are great - thanks for sharing! There is so much great food content and random people sharing amazing and delicious recipes. I happen to follow @fraicheliving because she's from the same Canadian city as me and I've been so impressed with her growth. I also like @PlantYou but she's pretty widely known so you probably are quite familiar with her :)
